DALLAS, Texas –Known as one of DFW’s fastest growing multifamily property management firms, Valiant Residential recently secured the management of Pine Oaks Apartments located in Mesquite, TX. Pine Oaks is the 15th asset to be added to the Dallas based property management company’s portfolio since January 1st, 2018. This property also designates the firm’s first foray into managing an asset under the Land Use Restriction Agreement (LURA).

Built in 1983, Pine Oaks is a 240-unit garden style community offering one and two-bedroom floor plans over four different layouts. This community is established in northern Mesquite, conveniently located off of Interstate 30, 635, and Highway 80. Residents of Pine Oaks will enjoy the community’s close proximity to the Town East retail district, as well as a short 10-minute drive to downtown Dallas.
