+ ACCOUNTING

The Accounting Department at Valiant Residential maintains the highest degree of ethical & legal responsibility for the proper use & protection of assets when reporting financial & other important information within the company. Our history in reporting to publicly traded REITS, institutions, portfolio funds, single asset, & HUD owners has given us the experience to create & maintain all degrees of reports. As direct support to our operational team, the Accounting Department maintains detailed processes to produce a clear financial picture to our clients.

+ BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE

As a proactive leader in solving asset management challenges that owners may face, Valiant Residential's Business Intelligence Department developed our own proprietary software to view key performance indicators in real time. This gives us the ability to make data driven decisions mixed with industry expertise. Combining business analytics, data mining, data visualization, & infrastructure, the BI Department is uniquely positioned to provide flexible self-service analysis internally to our operational team members, & also to clients. Valiant Residential's Human Resources Department administers full-service HR solutions to the company. Our bilingual HR team recruits top talent from both inside the industry, & other industries in order to maintain a diverse team member demographic & skill set. Additionally, the department faciliates compliance measures including a state-of-the-art geo-fenced time clock system to ensure assets open & close on time daily, in addition to employee onboarding, payroll, & benefits. Valiant Residential provides comprehensive in-house marketing services to our clients to acheive each community's unique goals. The Marketing Department oversees every aspect of the community's marketing & advertising efforts, including: SEO/ SEM/PPC campaigns, website development & maintenance, print collateral, social media, digital presence, online reputation management, & lease-up strategies. By leveraging robust reporting analytics along with distinguished creative skills, the Marketing Department positions each asset to out-perform amongst comparable communities.

+ RESIDENT SERVICES

The Resident Services Department plays a key role in communicating with our residents on a daily basis. As an extension to the Marketing Department's focus for online reputation, they manage all online reviews that are received across the web. Using dynamic software that aggregates customer sentiments, the Resident Services Department responds to each review & works with the supervisor & onsite team to determine a path of action for positive resident resolution. In addition, they oversee all messages that residents may submit directly to our resident services inbox.

The Training Department at Valiant Residential delivers extensively tailored learning programs to all team members - from new hires to tenured associates. Training documents & materials are delivered through Valiant University - our internal training platform focused on the following key areas: Fair Housing, sales techniques, legal guidelines, financial metrics, revenue growth, risk management, budget, & leadership. + DUE DILIGENCE

Before every new acquisition it is important to know exactly what you are purchasing. Our comprehensive due diligence services play an integral role in assessing the asset on your behalf. We will oversee three main areas of the due diligence; leasing file audit, unit inspection walks, & physical/exterior inspection. We will take the lead to coordinate all trade experts necessary to report on the physical shape of the asset.
