Houston Multifamily Property Now Managed by Dallas Firm

DALLAS, Texas – Dallas-Fort Worth’s 5th largest multifamily property management firm, Valiant Residential, recently secured the management of its second Houston, TX area property. Kendall Manor Apartments, located in north Houston was the 17th asset to be added to Valiant Residential’s management portfolio at the end of 2018.

 Built in 1981, Kendall Manor is a 272-unit garden style community offering one- or two-bedroom floor plans over four different layouts. This community is established in northernmost Houston in the Inverness Forest neighborhood. Conveniently located off of the Hardy Toll Road, Kendall Manor is closely situated to the Mercer Botanic Gardens, as well as local shopping and dining locations.
