Valiant Residential Announces New Director of Operations

DALLAS, Texas - Valiant Residential is pleased to announce the promotion of Tanya Morales to Director of Operations.

She will be responsible for the cultivation of team adherence and consistency on the company’s policies and procedures. Additionally, Tanya will focus on software implementation and strategize ways to streamline workflow processes.

In her previous role as a Regional Community Supervisor with the company, Tanya was instrumental in positioning Valiant Residential’s successful expansion into the Austin and Houston markets.

In response to the promotion, Craig Lashley, President of Valiant Residential states, “We are thrilled to have Tanya on board as our Director of Operations. As a tenured professional in the multifamily industry, Tanya’s operational oversight and direction will continue to advance our company’s growth.”

Ms. Morales brings with her twenty years of experience in the multifamily industry. Native to the Austin area, she will be relocating to Dallas to oversee operations from Valiant Residential’s corporate office.
